How does a redesign project start?

We begin with a garment and material assessment, then discuss the redesign concept before confirming scope and quote.

Can you work with my own fabric or garment?

Yes. We review customer-supplied materials and check whether the fabric and construction suit the requested work.

How long does a project usually take?

Turnaround is usually 10 to 20 business days after approval, depending on the garment and workshop schedule.

What payment methods are available?

We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.

Do you check the fit when I collect my garment?

Yes. We offer a fit check at collection so any small finishing adjustments can be reviewed carefully.
